Please read over the following guidelines and expectations, by signing the “Facility Use Agreement” you are agreeing to the following terms.

Guidelines:

Bridgeford Church of God is not responsible for any injury or lost or stolen property during the event.

There shall be NO use of alcohol, tobacco (including vaping), or other illegal substance on the Bridgeford campus, including but not limited to the parking lot and personal vehicles. Usage of such substance by the renter or guests may result in an immediate end to the event and forfeit of all fees (if applicable).

Children must be supervised at all times, including on the playground.

Facility rental does NOT include use of sound/lights/media equipment, gaming systems, craft supplies, snacks, beverage or coffee supplies, or other ministry tools.

No tacks, nails, screws, staples, etc. shall be used in any room in the facility. Only masking tape or painters tape may be used. Nothing may be taped to the floors.

All decorations will be removed by the renter immediately following the event.

Cleaning:

If the kitchen is used, please follow the posted cleaning guidelines in the kitchen area.
All debris and spills must be cleaned up.
All trash emptied, cans relined, and taken to the dumpster.
Bathrooms checks; toilets flushed, faucets off, trash taken out, floor free of debris.
Furniture must be returned to original location.
Floors vacuumed and/or swept.

Fees:

The fee for using the facility is at the discretion of the pastoral staff.

Note: in the event of a funeral or other unforeseen pastoral event Bridgeford Church of God reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the reservation.
